Definition: Open to all skill levels to train to achieve the best fitness results and the most fun you have ever had in the most amazing environment,through a variety of activities utilizing the trails and the waterways. It can all be summed up in one word- PLAY!
Think pedal boats for resistance training, canoes for core work, and kayaking for upper body strength.

Training Philosophy -

"We have all heard about the benefits that come along with living a healthy lifestyle, yet we still choose to follow the same old routines and end up in the same place that we started.  I can help you get started in a new direction.  I feel that we all have an inner desire that wants to be challenged and that wants fun and excitement on a daily basis.  When we lose sight of this desire our boredom creates unhealthy lifestyle habits. We all have personal issues, insecurities, trials and tribulations to walk through but there is hope.   Through positive reinforcement and making your fitness and health a priority I can help you achieve a new level of excitement  physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I truly enjoy helping and educating people and hope to be able to work with you.  Engaging your body in a new variety of play, such as kayaking, pedal boating, biking, canoeing, and trail walk/runs I can target your whole body and mind.  By allowing you to have a blast while you are getting fit is going to provide you with the ultimate experience.  Whether I train you on the in a boat or on land I promise fun and fulfillment.”
